Staff Team Opportunities
 Do you want to grow in Christian leadership? We believe that Christian leadership is developed through service to others while living in Christian community. Come and awaken children to Jesus’ love as you yourself are awakened in the wilderness. By living on a secluded island with a close group of fellow truth seekers, God is revealed in and through you. Come and live along side us as we learn from each other how to respond to God’s call in our lives. Spring and summer staff positions offer a modest salary and it can be supplemented with our Summer Missions Support Program.
These pdf's give a basic outline of the various Team Positions from 2012. Some positions are for a full season (15 weeks) while others are just for the spring or summer.
Our application process will open early in the new year.
 Successful applicants will require acceptable CAR and Police Checks.
