Summer Volunteer Opportunities
 We are looking for volunteers for the upcoming season. We accept around 100 volunteers who serve from two to eight weeks in spring, summer and fall. Positions include cabin leaders, instructors, cooks, nurses, maintenance workers, drivers, or office workers. Pioneer is always interested in enthusiastic and dedicated staff volunteers who want to serve God in this unique wilderness community. People come from a variety of backgrounds, denominations and ages. There is no one ideal staff person at Pioneer. Some staff bring outdoor skills, experience working with children, a knowledge of cooking or abilities in maintenance.
