Staff and Volunteer Opportunities
We have a very diverse staff team coming from Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship groups, churches, universities, colleges and various professions - both young and old! Some staff bring with them the “hard skills” of camping, canoeing, sailing, archery, art & crafts, swimming, climbing, kayaking, and music. Other staff are particularly strong in the “soft skills” of leading small groups and Bible studies, organization, and adventure debriefing. Of equal importance are staff who are skilled in food services, maintenance, office work, and medical services. Most of the positions are volunteer; others offer a modest salary.
